        Our Speakers

Our speakers are selected to represent the wide interests of our members and talks include topics ranging in date from prehistory to the modern period.
Speakers are drawn from both the University of Liverpool and the John Moores University in order that Society members are aware of the current research being carried out by staff of these local institutions and also include academics, field archaeologists and local historians with contacts in both the North West and the rest of the British Isles.
Information about former speakers and the topics chosen is included on the Newsletter page.
